I had a pleasant stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront. the staff was attentive and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. although there were some areas that could use improvement, like the breakfast situation.

I had an excellent stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront. the service was excellent, making me feel welcomed throughout my time there. Every staff member, from the front desk to the dining team, went out of their way to assist me with a smile. The only downside was the slightly pricey dining options in the hotel, but the quality made it worth it.
