I had a pleasant stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront. the staff was attentive and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. although there were some areas that could use improvement, like the breakfast situation.

Every staff member, from the front desk to the dining team, went out of their way to assist me with a smile.
