the newly renovated riverview room offered a comfortable stay with modern amenities. the water filter and nespresso machine were a nice addition to the room. the breakfast buffet had a huge choice and something for everyone. i especially enjoyed the variety of the local food stations.

the hotel location is convenient as it provides easy access to various attractions. clarke quay is a short walk away and it has river cruises and plenty of restaurant choices. the mtr station is also just a few minutes walk away.

The check-in process was efficient. The staff member at the front desk was helpful. My room offered a view of the river.. it was quite charming. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It stopped automatically after a few minutes, causing discomfort during the night. I reported this issue multiple times, but it was not resolved. The room makeup service was late, around 5pm.

the room featured air conditioning that worked very well the breakfast had a great choice of cooked food and fruit i walked to the mrt station in about five minutes it was a very convenient walk. the river view from my room was amazing the room was very clean i found it to be relaxing after my long flight shirley welcomed me warmly at reception. the staff were all friendly and had smiles

I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. the room's air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. i especially liked the view from my room, overlooking the waterfront. It was a relaxing sight! selina and richelle at the exec lounge provided an amazing service.

The breakfast area was a little crowded during peak hours. I found it slightly unsettling.
