charming waterfront escape
modern amenities convenient water filter huge breakfast choice local food
the newly renovated riverview room offered a comfortable stay with modern amenities. the water filter and nespresso machine were a nice addition to the room. the breakfast buffet had a huge choice and something for everyone. i especially enjoyed the variety of the local food stations.
during my stay the elevators required a very long wait time due to ongoing maintenance on two of them.

the hotel location is convenient as it provides easy access to various attractions. clarke quay is a short walk away and it has river cruises and plenty of restaurant choices. the mtr station is also just a few minutes walk away.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and amenities. huoji showed me around and pointed out the water filter station on my floor. dental mue and pravine were very helpful and very attentive.

The check-in process was efficient. The staff member at the front desk was helpful. My room offered a view of the river.. it was quite charming. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It stopped automatically after a few minutes, causing discomfort during the night. I reported this issue multiple times, but it was not resolved. The room makeup service was late, around 5pm.

river walks convenient location inflexible staff repeated insistence
the hotel location is convenient for walks along the river it is close to robertson quay.
i found the service at the front desk lacking the staff repeatedly insisted on a charge for a late checkout even though i only requested one hour the inflexibility was disappointing.

great choice river view warm welcome
the room featured air conditioning that worked very well the breakfast had a great choice of cooked food and fruit i walked to the mrt station in about five minutes it was a very convenient walk. the river view from my room was amazing the room was very clean i found it to be relaxing after my long flight shirley welcomed me warmly at reception. the staff were all friendly and had smiles
check-in took a while i think it could be faster

A Good Stay by the Waterfront
spacious comfort excellent bed global dishes easy exploration
Paul from concierge helped retrieve my lost CPAP machine.. his quick action was a godsend. Our room provided spacious comfort, with excellent beds and pillows that lulled us into restful sleep. Breakfast offered many global dishes, ensuring everyone found something good. The hotel location made exploring easy, close to the river and MRT.
I noticed a limited selection of body lotions in the bathroom.

helpful staff efficient air conditioning waterfront view amazing service
I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. the room's air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. i especially liked the view from my room, overlooking the waterfront. It was a relaxing sight! selina and richelle at the exec lounge provided an amazing service.
The breakfast area was a little crowded during peak hours. I found it slightly unsettling.

the hotel has a gym, but i did not use it. i saw that there is also a pool, open to guests. there is filtered water available, that is unlimited and free in the rooms.

Breakfast includes a wide selection of food. I found it fresh and tasty. chef david toh makes very nice bread pudding. it has vanilla sauce. there are several restaurants near the hotel on robertson quay, it is a short walk.
